Service
Loadpol prepares residential load calculations (Manual J), equipment selection (Manual S) and duct design (Manual D) following ACCA procedures, based on the plans and specifications you provide. $100 per house for Manual J, S and D together, no subscription. Loadpol is not affiliated with or endorsed by ACCA. Reports are not stamped by a licensed engineer unless agreed in writing; your building department decides what it accepts.
Price
$100 per dwelling unit for Manual J, Manual S and Manual D together. The price is the same if you need only one or two of the three reports. The price is confirmed in writing before we start. No subscription and no minimum order.
Your input
Reports are only as accurate as the plans and specifications you send: floor plans, elevations, window and door schedule, insulation levels, orientation and the equipment you intend to install. If the building changes, the report must be updated.
Plan review
If the building department asks for corrections that relate to our report and the plans we received, we revise the report at no charge.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected report. Installation, commissioning and code compliance of the installed system remain the responsibility of the installing contractor.
